Mr. JA Vorster is the founder of Vorofin Regulatory Services (Pty) Ltd (“VOROFIN”), bringing a unique blend of academic qualifications and hands-on experience to every client engagement. He holds:

  • Bachelor of Laws – University of Pretoria
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance Management – University of Johannesburg
  • International Certificate in Risk Management – Institute of Risk Management, England and Wales
  • FSCA RE1 Regulatory Exam
  • Member – Compliance Institute Southern Africa

With over 25 years of experience in senior risk and compliance roles across major corporates, Mr. Vorster leads the practice with strategic clarity and a client-first philosophy.
